Tammy Watson from HomeCare West and I have organized a group of walkers to walk in the Alzheimer's ‘Walk for Memories' on Jan 29, 2012.
I will be walking in memory of my dear Mom who passed away 5 years ago due to Alzheimer's disease. I'm taking a step forward in the fight against this disease and I would like to request your support in my fundraising to help the Alzheimer's Society work towards finding a cure.
I have set a fundraising goal of $1 per meter for the 5km walk or $5000.

Our walk is on the beautiful Stanley Park seawall and will take us from the Stanley Park Pavilion and around Brockton Point for a total of 5 km. Do the full trail or as much as you feel up to!
